Miami, July 1, 2008.- Performance improvement specialist Grass Roots, announced the launch of the FY08/09 online rewards catalog Global Options.

Global Options enables corporations to operate international incentive, reward and recognition programs for Employees, Channel partners or Consumers; effectively, efficiently and consistently.

Global Options is an online rewards catalog that offers companies with an international employee and channel partner base, a single, simple mechanism for the communication and fulfillment of incentive and reward programs. Participants gain access via user ID and PIN after which they can check their account and redeem credits for merchandise (over 1000 items available globally), travel and vouchers. The website is simple to navigate and can be customized in terms of language, credit currency and redemption range, according to the country of operation.
