Stephen Humphreys - President and Chief Executive Officer
Stephen joined Grass Roots in 2003 and was named to its Main Board in 2008. Humphreys’ broad industry experience includes the development of the UK’s first online incentive platform in conjunction with British Telecom, which is currently operating with 120,000 participants around the world. Versions of the platform were also developed for more than 60 other international organizations including JCB, Vodafone, Oracle and John Deere. Humphreys has generated consistent success with performance improvement solutions across many business segments, including telecom, financial services, technology, retail and automotive. Tony Atkinson - Vice President - Latin America
Tony’s career has been based in the consulting arena, motivating and directing companies and industry professionals to achieve both higher goals and increased profits. Tony directs the LATAM divisional offices of Grass Roots to deliver state of the art performance improvement solutions and consultancy at a local & global level to allow clients to focus on getting the best results from employees, channel partners and consumers by rewarding and recognizing sales and achievements.
Claudio Ayub - Executive Vice President - Sales & Marketing
Claudio is a Channel Marketing expert, with extensive experience in strategy development, market management and sales planning. He has developed and executed major go-to-market programs for a broad variety of brands, including Autodesk, BlackBerry, Chrysler, Cisco, FedEx, Imation, Microsoft, Motorola, Western Union and more.
Mario Cruz - Chief Technology Officer
Mario is responsible for the technology, infrastructure, and information security of Grass Roots Americas. Francisco Diaz - Financial Controller
Francisco has been a member of the Grass Roots family since 2006. Francisco’s role encompasses all areas of accounting from financial accounting to reporting and forecasting. He is also responsible for the financial management of all Grass Roots’ offices throughout the Americas.
Helen Mathews - Legal Counsel
Based in the UK, Helen assists Grass Roots in the Americas with a variety of legal situations, from RFP responses to contract negotiation, brand protection and all other general commercial business matters. “The wide ranging diversity of work and jurisdictional challenges makes my role very interesting and enjoyable.”
Tom Murray - Vice President Client Services
Tom has been working for Grass Roots for over 6 years. Tom has been responsible for managing and running many client programs in both the reward and recognition and sales channel space. Working from our London office for many years, Tom now resides in Miami and heads up the client services team. He provides strategic direction to the client service organization in order to ensure efficient and effective delivery of optimal service to our clients in line with best industry practices and the highest quality standards.
Gustavo Ortiz - Operations Director
Gustavo has over 10 years experience in fulfillment, customer service and supply chain management. Gustavo is responsible for a group of over 20 professionals who handle fulfillment, customer service and the supply chain throughout the Americas. His first priority in the Operation Department is to deliver on time and make the participants feel like they own the program.
